I can’t sing his praises enough. I walked in with no appointment and was so frustrated. I had tried to get my stereo upgraded to only run into problems locally. He got me in and out in such a short time. I’m ultra impressed with his professionalism and customer service. He has gained a life long customer in me. Go visit this business!!!

We had a fantastic experience with Jimenez Car Audio and Installation!! I first went in and Danny was very quick to greet me and ask how he can help us. I told him we needed a new infotainment system for a 2014 Volkswagen convertible that i had just purchased. He immediately asked if he could see the car to see how it was already set up. After a quick analysis, he identified some things that were present and some things that were not present. He asked some questions as to what we were looking to accomplish. He had very personalized service for my infotainment needs. He then went into his shop with me and showed me various options for the vehicle. He also identified that he could install other items if I’ve seen something on the Internet that I liked better. He gave recommendations and suggestions on how to improve our system and accomplish what I was looking for in the system without breaking the bank. I decided what I wanted and then set up an appointment time for installation. I actually had an appointment for installation on a Sunday morning. I was surprised to find out that his shop was open seven days a week from nine until six. I made the appointment and delivered the

Great experience with Daniel and his crew. He is so knowledgeable of his systems. His inventory is tremendous-selection of products is outstanding. He will take all the time necessary to ensure you are a happy customer. His workmanship is 1st class. Service after the sale is excellent. He installed a completely new system in my Mercedes. A couple of weeks after install, ran into an issue (no fault of his). Called him, he ordered a part, let me know when it came in. Stopped by the shop and he immediately resolved the issue. I was traveling during the initial install. He sent me pictures each day showing various stages of install. Will never take any of my cars anywhere else for audio issues

After having a system installed 2 months ago in my daughter’s truck I would truly never go anywhere else! A matter of fact my son got his first truck yesterday and we took his to him this morning and had a system installed to include adding a rear camera and new stereo!! He had ordered speaker grills for my daughter (which I forgot all about) and as soon as he saw me he remembered me and asked if we could bring it for him to install. Very friendly and very helpful. I have nothing but positive feedback for this place!!
